Through its Humanitarian Action component, members of Family Pillar in the city of Bujumbura provided assistance on Saturday, September 11, 2021, to the displaced families of Kanyekoko following the recent floods. They had playtime with the children, provided school supplies to 117 children, and distributed sanitary towels to 24 adolescent girls.
